Airtable is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our AI Product engineering team. You will own the user-facing AI experiences that make Airtable magical, putting powerful agents directly into users' hands and driving the roadmap for how AI transforms what's possible in our platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead an AI product engineering team responsible for shipping high-quality AI features like Field Agents and AI-powered automations.
- Establish a culture of experimentation and velocity, leveraging the latest models, agent libraries, and AI tooling.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define the roadmap and translate user insights into technical direction.
- Build on Airtable's AI Platform foundation—including agent runtime, semantic search, and evaluation systems—to ship features quickly and safely at enterprise scale.
- Recruit, coach, and develop engineers who combine strong product instincts with technical excellence.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and making good decisions with incomplete information.
- 5+ years experience as an engineer, previously in a staff or tech lead IC position.
- 1+ years as a manager.
- Experience shipping AI-powered products.
