Zefir is hiring an Engineering Manager to own the growth and success of our engineering team. You will be responsible for hiring, building, and leading a high-performing team while setting the technical vision and scaling our product. This role is central to executing our mission in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Hire and grow a team by refining hiring processes and closing top talent.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- Set the vision and align engineering with business goals.
- Make technical decisions and support complex implementations.

- Coach engineers to develop their skills and advance their careers.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in engineering, including 1+ years of management experience.
- A proven experience building delightful products full stack from frontend, APIs, backend with architectural complexities.
- A passion for mentoring and helping engineers grow in their careers.
- A product-focused mindset, caring deeply about customer impact.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive change.
