What You'll Do
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand roadmaps, help execute them, and oversee the product.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Tech Lead to drive the development plan for each product.
- Be responsible for team delivery, ensuring excellent solutions to meet objectives.
- Be responsible for using good development practices, including unit testing, continuous integration, and peer working to reduce technical debt.
- Lead development teams with an adaptive leadership style.
- Be responsible for talent engagement and retention, and work with recruiting to find new team members.
- Lead, motivate, guide, and support the professional growth and evolution of the team.
- Be flexible to work with a multidisciplinary team, building a pleasant, productive work environment with space for growth and development.
- Be a reference for company culture, transmitting it to the team and supporting decision-making.
- Adopt feedback as a tool for personal and professional growth for yourself and the team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in the Financial Industry.
- Previous work as a developer or Tech Lead and experience in management.
- Solid knowledge of good software engineering practices, tools, and processes.
- At least 2 years of experience managing high-performance technical teams.
- Extremely organized and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- English: Intermediate - Advanced.
Nice to Have
- Previous knowledge in acquiring ecosystems or electronic payment methods.
