Lead the engineering development of a secure custody solution for digital assets, serving institutional clients throughout Europe. This role sits at the intersection of advanced technology and financial innovation, with primary hubs in Lausanne, Geneva, Zurich, and Sion. You will shape the technical direction of the platform while ensuring robust, scalable infrastructure for cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities, and stablecoins.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering initiatives to enhance platform security, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate closely with product and client teams to align technical capabilities with market needs
- Oversee system architecture and infrastructure to support high-assurance custody solutions
- Work with internal stakeholders to integrate client feedback into product development
- Ensure compliance with institutional-grade security and operational standards
- Support deployment and scaling across multiple European locations
- Contribute to technical strategy in response to evolving digital asset markets
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must bring at least 10 years of experience in financial technology, with a strong foundation in institutional systems. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Italian or Spanish is a plus. Regular travel within Europe will be necessary.
