Contentsquare is looking for an Engineering Director to provide strategic leadership and direction for our engineering organization. You will play a critical role in shaping our technical vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful products.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap, aligning with company-wide business objectives.
- Establish and oversee engineering standards, processes, and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Manage project delivery, timelines, and resource allocation to meet critical business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional leaders.
- Attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, with 10+ years in software development.
- A track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into technical execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, architecture, and operations.
