About the Role
This position involves providing advanced technical support, diagnosing system issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring the stability and performance of client environments through hands-on engineering work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on-site
- Support enterprise-level network and system infrastructure
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement client solutions
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations
- Respond to escalated support tickets from Tier 1 teams
- Deploy and configure servers, workstations, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
- Assist in system upgrades and technology migrations
- Ensure compliance with security and operational policies
- Work directly with clients to understand technical needs
- Provide post-implementation support and validation
- Monitor system health and recommend improvements
- Support disaster recovery and backup operations
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents
- Install and configure enterprise software applications
- Verify network and system interoperability
- Escalate complex issues to specialized engineering teams
- Maintain inventory of technical equipment and tools
- Follow change management procedures for system updates
- Conduct testing for patches and system updates
- Support cybersecurity measures and vulnerability remediation
- Train client personnel on new systems and tools
- Ensure timely resolution within service level agreements
- Contribute to technical knowledge base articles
