- Develop comprehensive solution designs (HLD/LLD) covering RHEL and OpenShift.
- Build and own migration strategies for rehost, replatform, and refactor/containerization approaches, including cutover and rollback procedures.
- Execute migrations across RHEL, OpenShift (IPI/UPI, Operators, storage, networking), VCF (vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T), and Hyper-V environments.
- Implement automation using Terraform, Ansible, scripts, and Git-driven workflows to standardize provisioning and configuration.
- Build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps pipelines leveraging Azure DevOps, GitHub, Argo CD, or similar tools.
- Prepare and maintain runbooks, operational procedures, test plans, and project documentation for all migration phases.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and cross-team knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Apply hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes, including deploying, scaling, and managing.
