This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting network services to meet evolving customer demands. The Engineer I contributes to planning and executing service migrations within defined change windows, often requiring work outside standard hours to maintain operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage live customer service transitions with precision, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to change control protocols
- Maintain accurate records in provisioning and tracking systems, delivering timely updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute moderate to complex projects with limited oversight
- Develop plans and technical specifications for network expansions or modifications
- Identify cost-effective solutions and present alternatives for management review
- Support budget development by providing detailed cost estimates for new services and infrastructure
- Define project scope, track expenditures, and generate progress reports with actionable insights
- Engage stakeholders to resolve complex issues and reduce operational risks
- Contribute to process documentation and support team training initiatives
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with at least two years of relevant technical experience. A Master’s degree may substitute for experience.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay varies by region, ranging from $55,313 to $81,125 annually, based on location. Additional incentives include short-term and long-term bonus opportunities and sales compensation where applicable.
