About the Role
The selected candidate will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients, driving successful project outcomes by maintaining clear communication, identifying client needs, and facilitating timely execution of deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to maintain schedule adherence
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues with recommended solutions
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery
- Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare progress reports
- Translate client objectives into actionable project plans
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon scope and quality standards
- Track key performance indicators and report on client success metrics
- Support onboarding processes for new client engagements
- Maintain documentation of project plans, changes, and communications
- Collaborate with sales teams during transition from pre-sales to delivery
- Assist in change management when project scope adjustments occur
- Promote consistent use of project management tools and methodologies
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve client-facing challenges
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement and follow-up
- Identify opportunities for service expansion or upsell in coordination with sales
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client business goals and industry context
- Support post-engagement reviews and transition to ongoing support teams
