Tonkean was looking for an Engagement Manager

Tonkean is hiring an Engagement Manager to be the primary driver of customer success from implementation through adoption. In this role, you will guide clients to maximize the value they receive from our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation process
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and successful solution deployment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding adoption and best practices
  • Manage stakeholder communication and manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing implementation, technical project management, or consulting role
  • Proven experience managing complex SaaS implementations with enterprise clients
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical project plans
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.
