Human Intelligence is hiring an End-to-End Sales Officer on a contractor basis to own the full sales cycle across multiple products. You will generate leads, run discovery, and close deals, using AI to accelerate outreach and personalization in a company culture driven by innovation and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Generate and manage your own leads, owning the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover.
- Use AI-powered outreach, personalization, and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthtech, wellness, or enterprise SaaS sales.
- Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales.

- From month 4: Base salary of USD $500–$1,000 per month based on experience and results.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote contractor role. We have a preference for candidates based in the Philippines, South East Asia, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.
