Responsibilities
- Handle people risk management situations such as workplace investigations, protected disclosures, performance and disciplinary issues, exits, and severances.
- Manage litigation before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Circuit Court, including board, shareholder, and senior C-suite disputes.
- Conduct mediations in the High Court and Workplace Relations Commission.
- Advise on corporate transactions including share sales, asset sales with TUPE implications, vendor and buyer due diligence, and negotiation of transaction documents.
- Provide advisory services on policies, handbooks, and contracts.
- Address industrial relations issues at the Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court, including SEOs and industrial action.
- Handle corporate immigration practice matters.
- Advise on benefits including pensions and insured benefits.
- Engage in business development, meet clients, and participate in webcasts and seminars.
