Morningstar was looking for an Employer Brand Manager

Morningstar is hiring an Employer Brand Manager to develop and implement strategies that attract and engage top talent by shaping our employer reputation. You will create compelling content, manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and work cross-functionally to deliver a unified brand experience.

What You'll Do

  • Produce and manage content such as job postings, career pages, blog posts, and videos that showcase Morningstar's unique employer value proposition.
  • Plan, launch, and execute employer brand campaigns across web and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition teams, corporate marketing, design, and communications teams to ensure a unified brand experience.
  • Create and lead the global employer branding roadmap, including action plans and performance metrics.
  • Monitor campaign success, conduct market research, and analyze data to gain insights and adjust strategies.
  • Track budgets for employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives and measure performance against financial goals.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in branding and marketing, preferably with recruitment-focused experience.
  • Expertise in social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across channels and formats.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A strong understanding of marketing and communications principles, including digital marketing proficiency.
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate across global locations with Talent Acquisition, communication teams, and marketing teams.

  • Compensation range: $121,400.00 - $218,525.00 USD annually.
