Ryder Transportation Solutions, LLC is hiring an Employee Relations Partner - REMOTE

Ryder Transportation Solutions, LLC is looking for a Employee Relations Partner to provide consistent, tactical consultation to managers and employees. In this remote role, you will resolve employee issues, advise on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, and conduct HR investigations to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations, developing investigation plans and conducting fair, neutral, and timely investigations.
• Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex case management systems.
• Manage employee relations matters by providing supervisors and managers with policy interpretation regarding conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
• Partner with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations situations.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality Human Resources support through performance management, mitigating legal compliance risk, and administration of union Collective Bargaining Agreement provisions.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within your region.
• Travel as needed to company sites within the supported region.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or an additional four (4) years of required experience.
• Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite at an intermediate level.
• Intermediate knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and/or company policies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, upskill on technology, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent time management and follow-up practices.
• Must live in the Northeast Region.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

• Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must live and work in the Northeast Region of the United States.
