Responsibilities

- Support formal disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases
- Deliver training on employee relations topics to managers
- Interpret HR policies and provide clear guidance
- Partner with HR colleagues to align people practices
- Monitor trends in employee relations data
- Promote fair and consistent treatment across teams
- Assist in resolving complex employee conflicts
- Prepare reports for senior management on ER metrics
- Ensure timely response to employee complaints
- Uphold confidentiality in sensitive matters
- Support organizational change initiatives
- Contribute to the development of HR policies
- Work with legal advisors when necessary
- Promote positive employee engagement
- Ensure alignment with company values in all actions
- Manage cases involving misconduct or policy violations
