SIGNAL IDUNA is looking for an Employee in Health and Care Management to join our team. In this role, you will advise customers and process claims for clients insured under association-wide tariffs in health insurance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct telephone consultations with customers, field staff, and third parties.
- Process benefit applications and correspondence, including during telephone service.
- Handle customer reactions and inquiries.
What We're Looking For
- A completed training as an insurance and finance clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen) or training in the medical field.
- Good knowledge of health insurance products.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills on the phone and in individual correspondence.
- A flexible, enthusiastic, team-oriented approach, with curiosity and openness to trying new things and further education.
- A high degree of initiative.
- Proficiency with common office technologies and openness to using new media.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a claims adjuster in health insurance.
