PwC IT Services (US) LLC seeks an Emerging Technologies – Commercial Adoption Lead to direct our Emerging Technologies Group. You will be responsible for identifying and commercializing high-impact use cases for Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Crypto, and Web3.

What You'll Do

Lead PwC’s Emerging Technologies Group, overseeing direction, development, and execution of initiatives.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value business use cases across sectors like Financial Services, Consumer Markets, and TMT.
Oversee an R&D engineering team, ensuring structured experimentation, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development.
Design and own a roadmap of proof-of-concepts from idea formulation through to commercialization.
Provide clear rationale for priority use cases using market trends, client demand, and risk/benefit analysis.
Lead discussions with clients to co-create pilot initiatives and translate technical concepts into business-ready stories.
Collaborate with business development teams on go-to-market strategies, proposals, and sales efforts.
Act as PwC’s external evangelist at conferences and industry forums.
Mentor and coach team members to build internal capability and foster an innovation culture.
Ensure governance, quality, and stakeholder alignment across all initiatives.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in technologies like AI/ML, Blockchain, Web3, Quantum, or Digital Assets, ideally within consulting or technology.
Strong understanding of the technology landscape and ability to connect technical capabilities to business value.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering or product teams developing prototypes or POCs.
Hands-on familiarity with one or more emerging-tech stacks (e.g., distributed ledgers, smart contracts, quantum algorithms).
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to executive audiences and align technical and commercial stakeholders.
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client engagement skills.
Strong analytical approach to prioritizing opportunities and defining investment needs.
Fluent communication in English and Polish.
Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for pushing technological boundaries.
