What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end technical evaluations, from initial concept to implementation, ensuring new tools deliver measurable business value
- Collaborate with engineering, business units, and innovation labs to identify pressing challenges and match them with emerging technical solutions
- Build proof-of-concept environments in cloud or on-prem setups to test and validate new platforms
- Work closely with stakeholders across technology and business functions to break down adoption barriers and streamline integration processes
- Share insights and best practices across the organization to strengthen firm-wide understanding of new technologies
- Support the development of internal capabilities that accelerate how quickly new tools move from idea to impact
What We’re Looking For
You bring 7–10 years of technical experience with a track record of exploring and implementing emerging technologies. You’re comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments and can coordinate complex projects with minimal oversight.
- Hands-on experience in at least one core area—cybersecurity, data science, AI/GenAI, or cloud infrastructure—is essential
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages to interact with APIs and SDKs for rapid prototyping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and technical teams alike
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and solve problems creatively
- Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like JIRA is a plus
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure (networking, storage, databases) and application architecture including containerization and OS layers
