Grupo Mariposa is seeking an Emerging Sales Executive to join our team in Guayaquil, Ecuador. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and executing product sales strategies to ensure company profitability. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain client relationships through negotiations for mutual benefit.
- Review product inventory at point-of-sale to suggest optimal order quantities to clients.
- Execute effective strategies with clients to guarantee monthly sales and distribution objectives.
- Verify that commercial levers at point-of-sale are used according to organizational policies.
- Present and suggest the full product portfolio to expand the SKUs managed by the point-of-sale.
- Ensure proper care of company-provided tools for developing and executing assigned points-of-sale.
What We're Looking For
- Complete or in-progress degree (Technology, Bachelor's, or Engineering) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle available.
- Personal transportation.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Mass Consumption Product sales.
- Strong command of sales techniques and customer service.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Essential knowledge of routes in central and southern Guayaquil.
Work Mode
This is a local, city-based role requiring in-person work and travel within Guayaquil.
