Autodesk is looking for an Emerging Business Customer Success Manager to partner with construction customers and help them unlock value from our cloud solutions, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to assigned general contractor and subcontractor accounts, driving growth for Autodesk by ensuring successful adoption and ROI through outcome mapping and success planning.
What You'll Do
- Promote and encourage the usage and adoption of Autodesk products, with a focus on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Onboard new customers to accelerate their time to value and help them achieve their business initiatives and desired outcomes.
- Seek areas to expand solution adoption and recommend best practices to improve post-purchase adoption.
- Hold regular success planning meetings, check-in calls, executive business reviews, and mentoring sessions with customers.
- Leverage customer usage and health data to monitor account well-being, detect potential churn issues, and take proactive measures.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers and serve as an advocate for customer needs within Autodesk.
- Propose and build processes to allow the organization to scale and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows.
- Conduct collaborative success planning engagements to understand customers’ strategic business initiatives and align them to desired outcomes.
- Map customers’ desired outcomes to industry workflows and Autodesk product capabilities, then mobilize cross-functional teams to execute success plans.
- Communicate progress and value delivered to diverse stakeholders via Executive Business Reviews.
- Proactively identify and monitor risks to customer sentiment and value delivery.
- Develop contingency plans with account teams and escalate critical issues to mitigate risk and secure renewals.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a customer facing, B2B role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person customer engagements and internal meetings.
- Intellectual curiosity to continually learn about customers, their industry, their competitive landscape, and Autodesk’s offerings.
- Capacity for running discovery discussions and ability to learn and understand the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
- Resilience as customer and company priorities evolve.
- Passion for solving customer problems and making decisions with a customer-first mindset.
- Accountability for value delivery within book of business to ensure customers maximize their ROI with Autodesk.
- Ability to build strong rapport and understand diverse perspectives within the account team to foster deep trust and a collaborative environment.
- Ability to address conflict and misalignment constructively, prioritizing solutions and relationships.
- Demonstrate executive presence and excellent communication skills, and can articulate complex ideas with clarity to diverse audiences.
- Ability to interpret difficult situations and help provide solutions for resolution.
- Comfort exceeding target goals by maintaining a high customer retention rate, coordinating cross functionally with sales to ensure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.

- Starting base salary between $83,900 and $144,760 for U.S.-based roles.

This is a fully remote position. You can be located anywhere in the USA, preferably near an airport due to travel requirements.
