Ticketmaster UK Limited is looking for an EMEA Pricing Specialist to join the Global Pricing team. This temporary role is responsible for implementing pricing strategies for premium ticket inventory across a portfolio of events in the EMEA region, driving revenue through market analysis and proactive adjustments.
What You'll Do
- Execute a pricing strategy, creating proposals for music, sports, and arts events across EMEA markets.
- Manage a portfolio of events and implement pricing changes using internal tools.
- Identify sales trends and proactively make price adjustments to meet revenue goals.
- Research opportunities to maximize revenue for top-performing events and develop case studies.
- Present pricing strategies and results to clients, providing actionable guidance and prioritizing events based on revenue potential.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to share best practices and strategy for global tours.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, including Promoters, Agents, Venues, and Managers.
- Run reports to identify sales trends, anomalies, and other actionable data points.
- Work with cross-functional groups to initiate and execute ad hoc projects within tight deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- An analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the business dynamics between venue, promoter, and artist.
- Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Product savvy with strong research and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to think through, evaluate, and solve problems logically and efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Airtable is a plus.
- Knowledge of ticketing, the event build process, and settlement.
- Ticketing experience.
- A degree.
