Lonza Biologics Inc. is looking for an EMEA Intercompany Sales Manager to lead strategic sales activities and strengthen partnerships across our regional business units. This role is central to driving revenue and ensuring seamless internal transactions for a business area that contributes significantly to our Bioscience performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead intercompany sales planning and execution across the EMEA region.
- Negotiate and manage intercompany agreements in line with policies and regulations.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increasing revenue.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners across different business units.
- Improve sales processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action when needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales and financial data.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar sales, intercompany, project, or program management role.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong financial skills, including modeling and business case development.
- Experience in strategic planning and business process improvement.
- Proven success managing projects in a commercial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
