Jungheinrich is hiring an Embedded Software Team Lead in Zagreb to provide both technical and disciplinary leadership for our Energy Systems (Powertrain) development. You will lead software projects and feature packages for series production components within the energy system domain for our forklift trucks.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical and disciplinary management for the Energy Systems Development group, consisting of embedded software developers.
- Lead software projects and/or feature packages for series products in the energy system field, focusing on components like chargers and batteries.
- Plan, manage, and provide resources for assigned development projects.
- Ensure project goals for quality, cost, and deadlines are met.
- Clarify and coordinate specific technical issues with specialist departments and international suppliers.
- Coordinate development-side series support tasks and technical changes for the Energy systems product area.
- Collaborate with our worldwide development departments.
- Evaluate, prepare, visualize, and present work results.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3+ years of professional experience in leading teams and project management for electrical components or systems.
- A completed university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer engineering, or automation technology.
- Knowledge of MS-Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of requirements management.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Motivating leadership style, with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions.

- Professional experience preferably in the embedded and/or energy systems field.
