Responsibilities
- Contribute publicly to open source projects to maintain the company's technical leadership
- Analyze client problems and design solutions using open source technologies and the company's expertise
- Define and scope client projects in collaboration with the delivery team
- Gain working knowledge of customers' products, applications, technical and business strengths, and target markets
- Discuss Linux core system technologies with clients and represent the company at conferences and trade shows to demonstrate leadership in open source
- Understand client needs and balance time constraints, available technologies and resources, and open source best practices

Our Interview Process
- Application review within 2 weeks evaluating code, contributions, and experience.
- Initial chat of 30 to 60 minutes for a casual conversation about background and work.
- Technical interview of 1 to 2 hours covering Embedded Linux architecture, debugging, problem-solving (no whiteboard coding), code review session, and client scenario discussion.
- Meeting with Chief Operating Officer for 60 minutes to discuss day-to-day work, culture, and compensation.
- Offer within 1 week of final interview; total timeline of 3 to 4 weeks from application to offer.
- Feedback provided at every stage.
