Shape and deliver high-impact email campaigns for a diverse roster of clients as an Email Marketing Specialist. Working entirely remotely, you’ll play a central role in managing the full lifecycle of email initiatives—from planning and coordination to final quality checks before launch.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain monthly email calendars, aligning with client goals and timelines
- Break down strategic direction into actionable steps for copy, design, and technical build
- Support automation frameworks, segmentation plans, and campaign architecture
- Oversee production from kickoff to deployment, ensuring consistency and precision
- Coordinate deadlines across concurrent projects and keep deliverables on track
- Collect feedback, manage revisions, and guide content through approval stages
- Conduct thorough QA checks covering links, mobile responsiveness, personalization tags, segmentation accuracy, send scheduling, and tracking parameters
- Verify all campaigns meet quality benchmarks before dispatch
- Keep project documentation updated and easily accessible
- Monitor performance data, identify trends, and share actionable insights with internal teams
