Hire Overseas is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of email marketing for a growing personal finance coaching brand. This is a hands-on execution role focused on turning underperforming programs into reliable growth channels.
What You'll Do
- Own the email infrastructure and sending setup inside platforms like Go High Level.
- Diagnose and fix deliverability issues including spam placement and sender identity problems.
- Set up and maintain proper domains, authentication, and sending best practices.
- Recommend improvements or tool changes based on cost, reliability, and scalability.
- Manage inbound leads and nurture them through email to booked calendar appointments.
- Run ongoing email campaigns with a target cadence of approximately three emails per week.
- Ensure correct segmentation across prospects, active clients, and former clients.
- Monitor booking flows and ensure email-to-calendar conversion works reliably.
- Review, improve, and write email copy where needed.
- Optimize existing sequences and campaigns for clarity, trust, and conversion.
- Ensure emails reflect a consistent brand voice.
- Balance educational, trust-building, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Act as the main point person for all email-related execution.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and leadership teams to reduce errors and confusion.
- Take full responsibility for email performance without heavy oversight.
- Start by owning email for one core brand, expanding support to additional brands over time.
- Reuse systems and processes to scale efficiently across multiple properties.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or email operations.
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs or email platforms such as Go High Level, Salesforce, or similar.
- Confidence owning email strategy, execution, and troubleshooting independently.
- Experience with list segmentation, campaign QA, and operational accuracy.
- Strong written English and comfort improving or writing email copy.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with coaching, education, or service-based brands.
- Background managing email programs tied to bookings rather than ecommerce purchases.
- Experience scaling email systems across multiple brands or audiences.
- Portfolio or examples of email programs you have owned and improved.
