The Email Administrator plays a key role in supporting the email marketing function by managing the end-to-end workflow of email campaigns. Working closely with marketing teams, you'll coordinate requests, ensure timely execution, and maintain clear communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process email requests through Asana, verifying that all required details are included
- Assign tasks to team members and track progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Keep the shared email calendar updated with scheduled campaigns for visibility across teams
- Coordinate with Marketing Operations to request audience lists based on stakeholder criteria
- Evaluate list sizes in collaboration with the email manager to confirm feasibility in Pardot
- Prepare email content for machine translation when needed to support multilingual campaigns
- Build and format emails in Stripo using approved templates and provided assets
- Export finalized HTML code after approval and ensure proper handoff for deployment
- Facilitate approval processes with stakeholders and maintain documentation
- Assist in generating email performance reports from Pardot
- Manage distribution of event-related email invitations
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a solid grasp of the English language, experience with project management platforms, and a meticulous approach to task management. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential. You should also be comfortable collaborating across teams and maintaining clear, consistent communication.
