Wade Trim is seeking an Electrical Substation Designer #2737 to contribute to a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial, and energy projects. You will be responsible for designing and developing electrical substation systems.
What You'll Do
- Design electrical substation layouts, grounding systems, and equipment arrangements
- Develop detailed construction drawings and documentation
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to meet project specifications
- Ensure designs comply with all applicable standards and client requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in electrical substation design for industrial, commercial, or energy projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD and design software
- Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and substation components
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in or near Taylor, MI, Detroit, MI, Flint, MI, or Grand Rapids, MI.
