Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and monitor eCommerce projects and marketing campaigns across multiple departments.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, sales, customer support, finance, and revenue operations teams to align dependencies and timelines.
- Convert business and operational requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams, including validation of customer journey paths.
- Assist in planning project timelines, sequencing activities, and managing interdependencies among related initiatives.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure on-track delivery.
- Provide ongoing visibility into eCommerce operations using dashboards and regular performance reporting.
- Ensure all initiatives are launched with proper preparation, documentation, and agreement among stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with evolving business priorities and organizational goals.
