Lyra Health is looking for an EAP Specialist to join our Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health support and resources to members.
What You'll Do
- Provide confidential assessment, short-term support, and referrals to employees accessing the EAP.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with care coordinators and internal teams to ensure seamless member experience.
- Adhere to clinical best practices and ethical guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Valid and unrestricted clinical license to practice independently in South Africa.
- Experience providing short-term, solution-focused counseling or coaching.
- Strong clinical assessment and crisis management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates located in South Africa.
