Smart Apartment Data is looking for an E-Learning Specialist to guide new enterprise clients through onboarding and training for our software platform. In this remote role, you will ensure clients understand how to use the platform effectively and confidently, focusing on external education.
What You'll Do
- Lead live virtual onboarding and training sessions via Zoom.
- Deliver structured product walkthroughs and learning sessions.
- Explain platform features in a clear and practical way.
- Support clients as they learn key workflows and tools.
- Maintain a professional and engaging presence during training sessions.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience delivering training, onboarding, or educational sessions in a software, SaaS, or professional learning environment.
- Experience facilitating structured training sessions for professional or adult audiences.
- Strong professional English communication skills suitable for presenting to U.S.-based clients.
- Comfort leading live virtual sessions and explaining complex topics clearly.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
