About the Role

The E-Commerce Specialist will manage online store operations, analyze customer behavior, and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and revenue. This position works closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize website performance metrics including conversion, bounce rate, and average order value
  • Collaborate with marketing to align promotional campaigns with online store functionality
  • Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory data
  • Identify technical issues and coordinate with developers for timely resolution
  • Use analytics tools to generate reports on user behavior and sales trends
  • Support A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and checkout flows
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility across devices
  • Assist in planning and executing seasonal sales events
  • Manage third-party integrations such as payment gateways and shipping providers
  • Improve site search functionality and product categorization
  • Track key performance indicators and present findings to stakeholders
  • Contribute to SEO strategy for product pages and content
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Work with customer service to address feedback related to the online experience
  • Evaluate new e-commerce tools and platforms for potential adoption
  • Support compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Coordinate with designers on visual updates to the storefront
  • Help onboard and train new team members on e-commerce systems
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor practices
  • Assist in budget planning for digital initiatives
