Stonewall Kitchen LLC is hiring an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations, optimization, and growth of the stonewallkitchen.com website. You will maintain platform functionality, ensure accurate product listings, and support initiatives across the e-commerce ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless digital experience, monitoring web traffic and performance, and using data-driven insights to improve conversion.

What You'll Do

Monitor website performance, functionality, and user experience
Generate basic performance reports on traffic, conversion, and sales trends, with deeper analysis as needed, to provide action-oriented recommendations
Support promotional strategy, campaigns, sales events, and merchandising updates
Monitor Email and SMS performance and recommend improvements to drive customer retention and conversion
Partner with third-party vendors to enhance the site experience
Actively seek out opportunities to improve site functionality and profitability, increase site visits, and optimize conversion rates
Collaborate with Brand Management, Merchandising, and Creative teams on site updates
Partner with Guest Services, IT/IS, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless order flow and help resolve platform-related customer issues
Support SEO best practices for product and category pages
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure content accuracy and consistency

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field
3 years’ experience in Ecommerce platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online customer journeys
Proficient in spreadsheets and data entry
Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools
Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to climb stairs and sit for several hours at a time

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud in both a business and technical capacity and familiarity with other Salesforce products
