Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the central SKU tracking system, including rollovers, modifications, and new product entries
- Ensure product content remains accurate and consistent across multiple retailer eCommerce platforms
- Collaborate with brand teams and creative partners to manage and organize product detail page assets such as images, descriptions, and specifications
- Serve as administrator and backup for Amazon product detail page content management
- Handle content updates for product detail pages on Walmart for a range of products
- Perform regular audits of systems and content to verify data correctness and uniformity
- Prepare onboarding and vendor setup documentation and coordinate follow-up actions with retail partners
- Oversee customer profiles, including vendor guidelines, compliance requirements, and retailer-specific procedures
- Answer internal questions related to eCommerce data and content management
- Proactively engage with internal and external parties to maintain progress on content workflows
- Track product launches, modifications, and discontinuations to support timely system updates
- Complete additional duties as assigned within the responsibilities of the position
