RemoteVA PH is looking for an E-Commerce Account Manager to support the daily operations of a growing e-commerce business. You will be responsible for maintaining product health and performance across multiple online marketplaces.
What You'll Do
- Monitor products and check for new listings across platforms like Amazon and Walmart.
- Run and analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts.
- Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items.
- Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate.
- Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage product listings across multiple platforms: eBay, Walmart, FBM, and more.
- Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working night shifts and independently.
