Job Description:
• Support the team in implementing technical integrations and managing partners (retailers or brands) on Breuninger.com
• Collaborate closely with partner managers and external service providers
• Accompany, advise, and challenge partners while coordinating with tight schedules
• Daily product data verification, qualitative assessment, providing feedback, and managing interface testing and product online placement
• Technical problem support, incident management, serving as a key support contact
• Promote interactive dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a sparring partner for continuous optimization, development, and process automation with solution designers
• Participate consultatively in sales discussions with potential partners, seeking service-oriented solutions
Qualifications:
• Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, media informatics, or comparable education
• Initial experience with marketplace integrators or interfaces preferred (Tradebyte particularly helpful)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Critical questioning of existing processes, proactively recommending improvements
• Innovative, creative, and analytical mindset
• Open to new technologies with strong implementation competence
• Professional experience in technical project management or support advantageous
• Thinking beyond existing frameworks, comfortable in software systems, technical interfaces, and process automation
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, be team-oriented, with pronounced service and support mentality
