Smartpraxis is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) Finance Senior Consultant to implement financial modules for our international client projects. You will provide high-quality business and software application services, develop sustainable solutions, and follow structured project methodologies.
What You'll Do
- Successfully implement Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) financial modules for international client projects.
- Provide high-quality business and software application services.
- Develop sustainable and effective client solutions.
- Follow structured project methodologies to ensure successful delivery according to plan.
- Maintain strong business knowledge, professional skills, and client-focused behavior.
- Proactively identify project risks and manage or escalate them appropriately.
- Share regular progress updates with stakeholders through formal and informal channels.
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts when needed.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Offer proactive advice based on industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior finance consultant.
- 5 to 8 years of ERP consulting experience, ideally involving international rollouts.
- Lead consultant on at least five full-cycle international ERP implementations.
- Strong expertise in finance modules and a background in a finance-related role.
- Solid pre-sales experience with strong presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring and coaching team members.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Willing to take on extra responsibilities and challenges.
- Enjoys collaborating within international teams.
Nice to Have
- Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
