Lechner Media GmbH is hiring a Performance Marketing Profi to join our small, highly specialized team. In this 100% remote role, you will work on scalable, profitable strategies for international projects and multi-million campaigns, focusing on funnel architecture, ads, landing pages, email marketing, and data analysis.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Conceptualize and build funnels, landing pages, and email automations
- Write high-converting ad copy for ads and email campaigns
- Develop creative strategy and conceptualize ad ideas for images and videos
- Set up marketing automation using ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and AI solutions
- Conduct data analysis and drive continuous performance optimization
- Develop and execute creative growth strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in online marketing, specifically performance marketing
- Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager and tracking tools
- Technical understanding of marketing automation and AI-supported workflows
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like ActiveCampaign and integrations via Zapier
- Analytical mindset, creativity, and strong implementation skills
- High self-motivation and desire to take ownership
- Excellent spoken and written German language skills
- Proactive, reliable, precise, and growth-oriented work style
