Saama Technologies Inc. is hiring an Account Executive (m/w/d) to join a dynamic team supporting a German quantum computing startup. You will be responsible for full-cycle sales in the Spanish market, from lead generation to closing complex deals, while building strategic relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Use innovative inbound and outbound sales strategies for lead generation with a focus on the Spanish market.
- Test and implement sales strategy in collaboration with colleagues.
- Handle the full sales cycle, including approaching inbound leads, actively contacting dream clients, and offering all products from MVPs to platform memberships and projects.
- Build strong, forward-thinking relationships with executives, R&D specialists, and project managers.
- Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and legal experts to understand customer needs and gain insights for product development.
What We're Looking For
- Over 2 years of sales experience in a start-up or deep tech environment.
- Experience in closing complex deals with sales cycles of 3 to 12 months and an average ticket size of €50-500k.
- A degree in economics (e.g., business administration, sales, business development, marketing) or natural sciences (e.g., physics, chemistry, material science) or comparable qualifications.
- An action-oriented, adaptable start-up mindset, willing to take on different roles in a dynamic setup.
- Excellent command of English (C1–C2 level) and Spanish (C2 level).
Nice to Have
- Experience or a good understanding of quantum computing or software.
Team & Environment
