About the Role

We're seeking a DVP Sales - East to own divisional performance and market execution. You will lead, inspire, and build exceptional sales teams as a second-line leader, driving sustained growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, inspire, and build exceptional teams by fostering a high-performance culture, coaching leaders and reps, and developing talent.
  • Own divisional performance and market execution by designing territory strategy and meeting/exceeding revenue, hiring, and retention goals.
  • Be present, strategic, and hands-on by supporting complex client engagements, guiding strategic pursuits, and leading high-value enterprise-wide deals.
  • Drive operational rigor and sales excellence by applying structured sales methodologies to ensure pipeline integrity and forecast accuracy.
  • Enable strategic alignment and cross-functional partnership by optimizing sales information flow and collaborating with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Recruit and develop future leaders by identifying, attracting, and developing world-class sales talent.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–15+ years of enterprise software experience.
  • Experience leading through the complexity of enterprise-wide SaaS sales cycles.
  • Proven people leader with experience managing teams of 5+ enterprise reps against aggressive regional targets.
  • Proven builder of talent who has transformed raw potential into top performers.
  • Cross-functional relationship builder who proactively builds partnerships across Success, Solutions, Finance, Services, etc.
  • Calm under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and accountability in execution.
  • Experienced in partner ecosystems with strong experience in scaling and enabling channel and partner motions.
  • A developer of future leaders with a track record of elevating individual contributors into high-responsibility leadership roles.
  • A culture carrier who leads with positivity, resilience, and a growth mindset.
  • Customer experience–obsessed with a belief in how platforms like Sprinklr reshape how global brands engage with consumers.
  • Relationship-first leader who can inspire teams to prioritize relationships.

Team & Environment

You will lead a team of 5+ enterprise reps as a second-line leader within a high-performing group of seasoned second-line leaders in the Enterprise Sales Team.

  • Compensation range: $195,000 - $325,000.
