BEYONDinfluence is looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator to support DVM Elite, a remote team dedicated to helping veterinary practices grow. In this role, you will be the central hub ensuring our sales pipeline and marketing campaigns move smoothly in our fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Keep the full sales pipeline moving smoothly from new lead to closed deal.
- Coordinate daily actions and align calendars so closers are fully prepared for calls.
- Oversee campaign execution by pulling lists, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring everything gets sent on time.
- Maintain strong follow-up systems, recycle leads, and ensure every contact has a clear next step.
- Deliver weekly action-focused reports showing what moved forward, what’s stuck, and what needs attention.

Team & Environment
You will work directly with the Head of DVM Elite (Amy), reporting to her directly. The team is a global remote team of eight, operating in a culture of clear communication, caring for the people served, and fast-moving execution.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $2,500–$3,500 USD
- Fully remote work
