Responsibilities
- Supervise all passenger and aircraft handling operations during a shift, ensuring compliance with arrival and departure checklists, brand standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage safety and security outcomes during a shift by identifying hazards, monitoring compliance, and reporting issues.
- Ensure all flight editing and special guest requirements are met, including assessment, planning, and coordination for VIP, MAAS, PRM, and other special category guests.
- Coordinate with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruptions and minimize impact on guest service and operations.
- Develop, maintain, and practice station emergency response plans, disruption plans, diversion and delay handling, and business continuity plans.
- Ensure on-time performance during a shift by coordinating, mitigating, accurately reporting, and following up on delays.
- Promote airport ancillary sales, coordinate activities, monitor process compliance, and meet associated targets.
- Promote, deliver, monitor, and report on customer service standards, including performance against key performance indicators.
- Ensure adherence to local authority requirements, including arrival and departure documentation and reporting.
- Make daily operational decisions to manage and mitigate safety and security risks at the station level by evaluating conditions, hazards, and threats.
- Identify and report safety and security occurrences and hazards according to company procedures and local regulations.
