Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Travel Reservation Specialist to provide exceptional booking and support services for our Dutch-speaking clientele. You will play a key role in crafting seamless travel experiences, working remotely from the beautiful environment of Greece.
What You'll Do
- Assist Dutch-speaking clients with travel reservations via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information on travel options, including flights, accommodations, and package deals.
- Process booking requests accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve issues or concerns related to reservations.
- Maintain records of client interactions and reservations in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends and offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in travel reservations, customer service, or a similar role.
- A strong enthusiasm for travel and solid knowledge of travel destination options.
