Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Bilingual Hotel Booking Specialist (Dutch) to provide exceptional reservation support to Dutch-speaking clients. In this fully remote role based in Greece, you will be the key contact for booking inquiries, ensuring a smooth and accurate process from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Support Dutch-speaking clients with hotel booking inquiries and reservations through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about hotel options, amenities, and pricing to help clients make informed decisions.
- Process bookings accurately, ensuring all client preferences are correctly captured and confirmed.
- Handle customer issues or inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on hotel trends, properties, and offers to provide clients with the best options.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to effectively manage client concerns and provide swift solutions.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Willingness to embrace the remote work lifestyle while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Greece.
Nice to Have
- Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or relevant fields.
