VirtueStaff is hiring an Operations and Data Entry Specialist to manage critical, recurring monthly workflows across finance, content creation, and data entry for grant reports. This multi-faceted role requires strong professional communication, excellent time management, and the ability to process complex financial transactions and data while assisting with content strategy.
What You'll Do
- Maintain high data integrity and precision by performing necessary data entry for financial records, grant applications, and client accounts.
- Conduct client onboarding sessions averaging 40-45 minutes per client, with an expected average of 4 clients per month.
- Manage invoicing and payment collection, process deposits and credit card payments, and handle reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Process monthly payroll, manage vendor payments, and perform expense categorization and review.
- Use ChatGPT to draft blog posts and repurpose blog content into LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Primarily handle data entry and respond to emails, with minimal writing required.
- Manage regular program reporting, track submission deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
