Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Dutch Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, providing a foundation of excellent service.
What You'll Do
- Manage incoming customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary.
- Communicate clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support management system.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and provide helpful tips to improve their overall experience.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of service excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry changes, and service updates to provide informed support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first perspective.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to customer service, demonstrating a genuine desire to assist clients.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles.
- Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a bonus.
