Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. You will leverage your recruiting expertise to own the full talent acquisition cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, while building meaningful relationships with candidates.
What You'll Do
- Source, engage, and attract talented candidates across various sectors.
- Conduct insightful interviews that evaluate skills and experience and resonate with candidates personally.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates, guiding them at every step of their recruitment journey.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the perfect match.
- Own the recruitment process from crafting engaging job descriptions to successfully negotiating offers.
- Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends and practices.
- Keep the team updated with regular insights and progress reports on recruitment initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own recruitment projects.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment requirements.
- Willingness to embark on a 3-month fully paid training experience in Greece.
