This role is for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to work in Malta within the iGaming industry at Next Job Abroad. You'll resolve customer issues independently via phone, chat, and email across sportsbook and online casino platforms, while gaining hands-on experience in payments, compliance, and fraud prevention.
What You'll Do
- Resolving customer queries via phone, live chat and email
- Managing withdrawals and payment-related questions
- Processing KYC documentation and enhanced due diligence
- Running security checks on accounts and transactions
- Collaborating with payments, fraud and compliance teams
- Analysing customer trends and improving internal processes
- Contributing to KPIs and service level targets
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in an English-speaking work environment
- Willingness to relocate to Malta
