Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients. This role includes a fully paid relocation package to Bulgaria, offering a new cultural and professional experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Accurately document customer interactions and provide feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.
- Stay informed about company products and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
