Mercier Consultancy is hiring for Portuguese Speaking Customer Service roles, offering a fully paid relocation to Bulgaria. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, handling inquiries and complaints while contributing to service quality improvement in a vibrant new environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate and informative responses.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions diligently and contribute insights for enhancing service quality.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve service efficiency and address common challenges.
